Too many ‘Temporal Refugees’ still remain in custody, says Amnesty International.

Two years after the LHC anti-matter incident, twenty-two Temporal Refugees are still awaiting integration. While the dangers posed by Future Temporals are well-recognised and accepted, even considering issues of security and social stability, simply locking these people away seems increasingly unacceptable.

With the integration of Past Temporals generally viewed as being successful, the plight of Futures is high on the agenda, but when information which emerged from a whistle-blower suggests the most distant of these individuals comes from 2076, are fears for instability and panic legitimate? If true, does this date of 2076 indicate some sort of cataclysm, perhaps even marking the end of humanity? What else might the World Governments Committee be keeping from us?
